66 South Clinton Avenue, Trenton

66 South Clinton Avenue, Trenton
Once upon a time this was Pete Lorenzo's, a place where
many big local politicians and businesspeople would meet.
It was across from the Trenton Train Station.

Went there a few times to impress dates, had good steaks, but pricy.

.....DOWN THE STREET FROM PETE LORENZO'S IN THE 0LDEN DAYS WAS JOEY MANZE'S RESTAURANT. THEY SAY HE AND MANY OTHERS IN THE BURG DID A BIG BUSINESS PLAYING THE NUMBERS GAME, WHERE YOU CAN WIN $6 FOR EACH PENNY YOU HAD ON A WINNING NUMBER. THAT AND THE PROABITION ERA IN THE 20S AND 30S KEPT THE COPS BUSY IN CHAMBERSBURG.
