Hi Mack, The corner store on the
left with the yellow sign used to be the George A. Smith Pharmacy back in the 50's. I worked there
during my college days at Temple
Univ. School of Pharmacy and did my
internship there before getting my pharmacist's license. Also served some cokes and sundaes at the soda fountain between filling prescriptions! :) those were the good old days! Carlo
Hi Mack: That store next to the white building used to be a popular women's clothing store that my wife and her friends patronised. I assume this is the corner across from the Bijoe and Lavinthal's shoe store or am I seeing things again.
