The Trenton Makes Bridge.
Burg folks all know this and this picture was too
cool to pass up. If you notice I don't often post
non-Burg area Trenton items as you can find them on
every site promoting Trenton tourism while our Burg
area gets little or no mention aside from Roebling.
Thats all fine and fair as other areas are older
and more historic. But there are exceptions to my
blog rule..like if a picture is too cool to pass up:)

Hi again Mack: I'm gonna have to comment about this bridge. The words on the bridge are very true. At one time, I believe almost every large company or corp in the country had an outlet in the Trenton area. Everthing we had here made it very appealing for them to locate in this area between two of the largest cities in the country. A turnpike that handles the heaviest traffic is also a big factor.
Hey, the BURG is known world wide, thanks to Janet Evanovich, when I meet people down here in south Florida and tell them Im from Trenton I am often asked if there really is a place called the BURG.. then I will brag and give them your link....
