A Trenton Transit Bus My guess is this is from the 1940s or 1950s.

The fender of the car looks like a 56' Pontiac. I wonder if that is the old Perry Street bus depot? It was about a block off Broad across from the Cathedral and next to Snyder's Sporting Goods. If you got a team uniform back then if was from Snyder's.
Something is very wrong about that shot for Perry Street. Looking west I don't remember a clear open skyline with large buildings and such landscaping by the Ava Maria Shop. Unless that is a TT bus at some other town, we used to catch it to Philly and then on to Beach Haven.
HI MAC....I WOULD LIKE TO COMMENT ABOUT SNYDER'S ARMY AND NAVY STORE ON PERRY ST. THEY SOLD MOSTLY SPORTING GOODS AND HARRY SYNDER WAS A BIG HELP TO OUR GUYS WITH EVERYTHING FROM SPORT JACKETS TO UNIFORMS DURING THE 1930'S. IT WAS DURING THE DEPRESSION PERIOD AND THINGS WERE HARD TO COME BY. THEY WERE ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE BUS TERMINAL. BEST REGARDS.
Hi Skip and Ralph:) As I was not actually born when buses were like this I do not know how accurate this picture is. Thats where you guys come in:) Thank you as always for your thoughtful informative and good spirited commets :))
The picture is a model scene ,possibly taken on someones model railroad. The scene appears to be set in 1955. Im a model railroader and have the same buse on my layout!
Dan, thanks for that enlightened comment. Mack doesn't pull pranks (at least so far :) he hasn't but I kept going back to that and it just did not sit well.
A bit of the "Crypto Tom Glover" in me kept creeping back. I was in a photo-recon squadron though not an analyst like Tom but the light, shadows and shrubs .. BTW, there is a fellow in Germany who did a whole airport and it is truly amazing.

Actually, I suspect Mack is getting one over on us. That almost looks like a model as do the bushes and such. No driver either?

Mack, you are lucky they didn't have buses like that or we would be calling you "Mikey 4 Fingers".
Those windows often had defective latches and came down like a Guillotine.
