HI AGAIN MAC....LAVINTHAL'S WAS PROBABLY THE MOST POPULAR SHOE STORE IN CHAMBERSBURG. ONE OF THEIR FEATURES WAS AN X-RAY THAT SHOWED HOW YOUR SHOE FITTED. WE HAD A RADIO STORE IN THAT LOCATION DURING THE 1930'S AND WAS PART OF THE AREA'S BUSINESS ACTIVITY.
