The smaller Squirrel Hall, never received much attention.

A lot of fights were held there during the years, but I never got to see them.

For us Burg kids, Moose Hall was for wrestling back in the 60s. Argentina Rocca, Sweet Daddy Siki. Buddy Rogers. All were the worst of enemies in the ring, and best of friends when the entered or left the building together.

I WOULD LIKE TO ADD THAT THE MOOSE HALL WAS THE SITE OF THE FIRST PROFESSIONAL BASKETBALL GAME WAY BACK WHEN THEY PLAYED THE GAME IN A CAGE. THEY DRIBBLED WITH 2 HANDS AND HAD A JUMP BALL AFTER EACH BASKET. REGARDS.

ONE MORE THIMG ABOUT THAT GAME, I READ BECAUSE OF THE CAGE, THERE WERE NO OUT OF BOUNDS. I THINK LOCAL PLAYERS LIKE RUSTY SANDERS, AL COOPER AND GEORGE GLASCO PLAYED UNDER THOSE CONDITIONS.
