Diner Booth Jukebox

Diner Booth Jukebox
You got 3 songs for a quarter most of my Burg days on the
Diner Booth Jukebox. Pats Diner had these, Zips did not.
I don't remember Pep's having them but have been told by
someone they did also:)

Whitey and Brownie Bralynski were top businessmen in the Burg. Juke boxes, pin ball and (IIRC) cigarette machines, most were owned and serviced by Brown's Novelty, corner of Division St. and South Clinton. All important board meetings were held over at Eddie's Luncheonette across the street.

As a teen I spent alot of time at Pat's Diner. Great burgers! Probably not well known, Frankie Trienfetti also had had a vending company. While collecting on a weekend he was robbed and shot in the upper arm. Complete recovery.

SJBill, whenever we walked into Eddie Lunchonette to grab a cherry coke, everybody at the "board" meeting would go completely quiet until we left. Lots of important mob "business" done at those board meetings.
