Prior's Bakery, The Burg
Once upon a time here on the corner of Liberty Street and
South Clinton Avenue was Prior's Bakery. Its donuts are
spoken of in Burg legend:)

I remember walking to Franklin School when I was a kid. When you walked past Prior's you could look in the window and watch the donuts going up the conveyor belt. And what could compare to the smell of those fresh donuts in the morning. I was hungry all over again by the time I got to school.
