Once Bartolini's, Chambers Street, The Burg

Once Bartolini's, Chambers Street, The Burg
A popular Bar and liquor store back in my Burg day
and before that. Its location not far from Wetzel
Field was a plus for it, of course:)

Was this place cattycorner to PAPA'S Tomatoe Pies on Chambers St?
If so, this was Jimmy Palaro's (?) place back in the 50s & 60s. Please help, as I get older my memory of names etc. is a little faulty.
