I don't think I ever saw the school that quiet. Gee, I don't remember exactly what time we started classes but it was nothing like today. I had to have my kids at school for homeroom by 6:30 and I think that is too early. I suppose in some ways things were more intense regarding performance but more relaxed regarding the hours. I thought we went 8:45 to 3:15 or something.
The old building looked so alien to me deserted like that with the morning sun coming right through.

Holy crap 6:30? too early, I was often delivering papers at that hour or on the way home from it:)
