Gloria Nilson took care of the Titusville area and Seymor Hundley did most center city residential. It seems they almost had a "turf" or area they covered?
Krol took care of many of the Polish and I think one of the Krol's became a Cardinal.
There used to be one fellow with huge brass ones that would take down the ply from the windows and then rent out the condemned or and City foreclosed property.
He was not a "licensed" broker needless to say but he had a "seasonal office" and a client base.
