This is an ad for J & L Caps on South Clinton Avenue.
They were there in the 1950s and in my Burg days.
I bought a few hats from them back in the day.

Purchased many a British Racing Cap in my days there. Another good shop was Lee Frizzels.
Owned by Joseph Lewandosky and his parents. Had two sons Joe and Jack, now both deceased. They made military caps during WWII.
