Zips Steakhouse, Chambers Street, The Burg (Once Upon a Time)
I loved this place. They cooked their burgers on a grill and
it just made them taste fantastic. Among the items they had
that tasted fantastic were California Cheeseburgers,
Cheesesteaks, Cheesesteak Hoagies, Fries, Onion Rings, and
Fish and Chips. They had a great sounding jukebox. They
had trophies on their counters or walls showing off awards
their local sports teams they sponsored. It was close
enough to Trenton High to do lunch here. They delivered to
the house. They allowed you to have credit and pay them
later for stuff you ordered. Oh wait they also had pizza
and it was pretty good too. I miss this place so much
there are no words I can say that would accurately
portray my feelings about it. How lucky we once were to
have such places around:)
