I still think I remember a water fountain near this
long ago. Anyone else remember? This rock was cool
as was the rocket and the monkey bars and the fields
and the free lunch at times and free arts and crafts.
And the talent show in the park each year:)

I remember the Rock! And yes there was a water fountain next to it. I remember all the basketball courts had new nets and the Rocket was the best! It was a sad day when it got to old and rusted and was taken down. I remember playing wiffleball on the Franklin Street side of the park and using the trees as bases! It was a great place!
