A Great Hoagie
A Great Hoagie.
This is the corner of Hudson Street and South Clinton
Avenue. The building on the corner was a deli for many
years. In the 1970s it made great hoagies. I do not
remember its name but maybe my friend MikeB will chime
in with that. I am told the owners then were related
to the owners of Felix's Deli near the Mill Hill
Saloon in Mill Hill. That would explain it as Felix
makes awesome hoagies:)

They did make a darned good cold hoagie at Felix's but I had to fight the urge to holler ..
"The spoon, drop the spoon and back slowly away from those hot meat balls"
:) :) nuk, nuk
There should be a law that only real Italians were allowed to make a meat ball or sausage sub.
