Just the other day I was longing for some breakfast sausage from a place out on Broad.
Mezzaros Meats?
Does anyone remember them? Tagging along when I was a kid and then when I got my license Mom would send me with the order.
The sausage was very fine ground and I have never had anything like it. Post military I think I pulled up and they were gone around 1972 or so?

seriously not a time goes by that I buy some brand or other and don't wish I could close my eyes and pull up in that old Corvair.
Hi Skip:)
Sam Marrazzo had his place on the
same block as our office. His place was where the CVS is now.
This is block where South Broad
meets Liberty Street.
Sam moved to Robbinsville later on and his daughter has a place in Ewing:)
I think these guys were Hungarian. They were on the right side of Broad leaving town about a block past Lalor.
I did go in there trying to track the sausage though. The mind plays tricks over time.
Of course I was also getting names "close but no cigar" many times.

I used to love those childhood bragging rights things. "Well my Dad got a Bel Air but he got it a Bonderchuck and you may have an Impala but it came from Gilbert and Mott" or heaven forbid Reedman.
We only had a little Corvair so I used to sit these out except for some babble about Corvair and Corvette are .. God, I would love to be ten again. That was back when my cousin Mundy in The Navy would let me drive his submarine.
