Mary H. Cox was born in Trenton, she was a lifelong area
resident. Mrs. Cox was a physical education and dance
teacher at the Junior Four School in Trenton for many
years before retiring. Daughter of the late Mr. and
Mrs. Harry Hannes and wife of the late Robert B. Cox
Florence M. Sulowski Sheaffer was born in Trenton,
she was a lifelong resident. She retired in 1986 after
20 years with at Junior Four and Grace Dunn schools in
Trenton as a cafeteria worker. She was an avid bingo
player. Daughter of the late Joseph and Helen Binkowski
Sulowski, wife of the late S. Sheaffer
Bessie Lilian Hunt was born in Trenton, she was a
lifelong area resident. Miss Hunt was a retired school
teacher for Trenton Junior 4 where she taught Latin and
English literature for more than 30 years.
Edward Hirsch was born in Trenton, he was a lifelong
area resident. He retired in 1992 after more than 40
years as the mathematics and science supervisor for
the Trenton Board of Education. He taught mathematics
and science with Washington School and Junior 4
Mr. Hirsch was a Navy veteran of World War II.
Ada Franco was born in Trenton, she lived in the
Chambersburg section of the city for more than 50
years. Mrs. Franco was a beautician for more than
50 years, beginning her career with the original
Bleckard's Beauty Salon in Trenton. She owned and
operated her first shop at 542 East State St. for many
years. She then operated Ada's Beauty Shop, Chestnut
Avenue , Chambersburg from 1978 until retiring in 1990.
Harry Levy was born in New York City, he was a Trenton
area resident since 1919. Mr. Levy and his late father
were the owners of Levy's Hardware on 702 S Broad Street,
a business which he operated until 1978. He was a member
of Anshe Emes Congregation. Son of the late Morris and
Bessie Levy and husband of the late Eve Levy.
Rose Marie Giancola Costa was born in Trenton, she was
a lifelong area resident. She was saleswoman at Kiddie
City 15 years and worked for Italian Peoples Bakery 11
years. She owned Good Times Tavern in Trenton 14 years.
She was a member of St. Raphael Roman Catholic Church.
Daughter of the late Peter and Theresa Migliorino Giancola
and sister of the late Ettore and John Giancola, her
husband was Vincent Costa Sr.
Elia Sebastiani Ugolini was born in Newark, she was a
longtime Trenton resident before moving to Ortley Beach
43 years ago She owned Roebling Meats and Groceries,
Trenton, 25 years, retiring in 1951.
Joseph M. Campo was born in Trenton, grew up in Chambersburg,
raised his family in Yardville, then retired to Florida.
A veteran of World War II, he served in the Army as a medic.
Joe was a well respected restaurateur for decades in Trenton.
He owned Trionfetti's and Joe Campo's restaurants before
retiring in 1980. After his retirement, Joe lived a full and
active life. He became an avid golfer and enjoyed dancing.
Joe was also a 51-year member of the Elks. He was the eldest
son of the late Michael and Angelina (Dileo) Campo.
Joe, a loving husband, was predeceased by his wife, Lucy Campo.
He was also predeceased by his sister, Grace (Campo) MacCabe,
and brothers, Peter, Albert, and Sam Campo.
