A Post From Vince Sbarro, Class Pictures

Hi Mack, I came across these old pics which I though you might
like to post. The first one with Officer Dennis ( who doesn't
remember him) is a from a news paper photo taken I believe
in 1952. The next one was taken in 1953 and I think Barbra P
is the the cute gal, 3rd row fifth from the left. The
following are some of the names I can still remember 57 years
later. Starting with the 1953 pic, first row bottom from left
to right, Anthony Valerri, Vince S, Joe Guido Jr and the last
boy is Gary Snorbus. Second Row from left, 2nd gal is Eileen
Zola, fifth gal Dorris schock.Third row fifth from left is
Barbra P and then John Andriacci. Fourth row from left
Michael Abbatto, Anthony Cipalonni, last kid is Anthony
Filipponi..
The 1954 pic bottom row center is Mike Abbatto. second row
from left to right, Rosilie Perrone, next is Eileen Zola.
Third row Peter Tonti, third kid is Joe Formica, Eva Schmidt,
last kid is Joe Smilick. Forth row Vince Sbarro, Athony
Cipalonni, Paul Koehrsen, Thomas Conte, Robert Malagrino.
Finally, the last pic 1957-58 was taken when my brother,
Anthony Sbarro was a student. He is in the third row from
left to right, end kid. Perhaps Barbara Pierro can remember
some of the other classmates names. I'll copy her on this
email Mack.

My hands down favorite photo is the bottom one. They are all so danged cute at that age and you can imagine the teacher telling them to put their coats on and now .. close your eyes and you can smell the heat as you come back in on that chilly day?
Fun is putting a caption under each kid but my favorite kid in that bottom pic is the back row. The boy who is dead center! He has the look of extreme confidence and was destined for success. Look at that smug grin and the eyes, the eyes are looking right down the camera lens. Who is he? "Look, you are going to buy this car from me, I have the best price and not only that it's best money can buy"
Am I right?
