factory. Many Burg area folks know thew beautiful outside
of this building and many worked here back in the day:)

Mac....I never knew there was another Cigar Factory other than the one on Division and College St. when I was a younster. It seemed like the entire female population in Chamberburg worked there at one time or another. I believe the one in the Burg was called Henry Clay Block.
Hi Mack, my wife and I almost fell over when I opened this pic. The women on the left side facing forward is my wife's grandmother (Katherine Kanuka) and the women standing in the center facing away is her aunt ( Mary Maumowitz. This pic had to be taken in the 40's
