Hi Mac....That looks like the parking garage going into St. Francis Hospital. Across the street is where my brother "Chuck" had his doctor's office. Chambers Street was indeed one of the busiest in Chambersburg and we were there almost everyday, going to Hamilton School and latter to THS. God Bless the Burg. Regards.
Hi Ralph:)
You are of course right again:)
Were your parents on Franklin
Street when Chuck had his Doctors
Office on Chambers Street and did
they come in to visit him often?
Mac....My Dad never got to see my brother "Chuck" become a doctor. He passed away when "Chuck" was 8 years old. My Mom and my sister Rose raised him. They moved to the Township and then to Florida after "Chuck" graduated from medical college. My sister Rose returned to Trenton in the 70s and was living in the Senior Complex on Laylor St. after my Mom passed away. We all saw "Chuck" pretty often, I visited often and Rose helped out in his office. My brother passed away in 1988 at the age of 56. I am the last of the Chamberburg Lucarellas, May God Bless Them All and May They Rest in Peace.
The Burg was lucky to have your
great family and you Ralph,
Bless em all:)
