A Blog about the Chambersburg area of Trenton NJ. The Burg we all loved and miss. If you were from the Burg I hope many of the pictures and lists and comments under them from good folks bring back some nice memories. Villa Park, Franklin Park, South Trenton, and nearby Hamilton also mentioned. Use the search box atop the blog to find schools, churches, streets, stores, bars etc that you remember. Over 4000 posts and 3000 pics. Enjoy:)

There was a wonderful bar with a great and grand wood carved, ornate ... heck you were sipping a Bud and had the feeling you were at the altar of some church.
Barkeep .... Vito ... who doubled repairing pocket watches?
Come on Mack ... you gotta' do one on Count Felix. I forget the location but it was, was, near the ??
Mack, it's strange to see Swan Street without the paved bricks. I see Whittaker Ave. is one way, like so many other Burg Streets. You can see the large views of Immaculate Conception in the background. It's another nice shot of the Burg. You're doing great.
Mack:
I believe Count Felix's bar was located in the 800 Block of Anderson Street.
Ralph:
If you look closely at the pot hole, I think you can see the bricks under the asphalt.
There was a gas station there called Fabian's Gulf back when. Looks like it's still operating on that spot, but without the Gulf sign I remember.
