Holy Cross Church, The Burg

Holy Cross Church, The Burg
What a beautiful building this is and what a nice and
good man Father Ted was. This was our church
(and school) before we joined Immaculate Conception
Church. Click on the picture and fill your screen with
Holy Cross:)

UPDATE: Ray from Villa Park adds:

The exterior of this church is beautiful, but you must go
inside to appreciate the real splendor of this building.
The murals, the colors, the details are unbelievable.
When the Christmas flowers are displayed, there is no more
beauty that can be imagined inside a house of worship. The
mystique of the religious experience is no greater in any
other church. A true work of art and architecture.
