I believe this was Jimmy's second shop. His original shop was at 512 1/2 Hudson Street.

In the 1960s I have this as
The Swan Cafe Tavern. No owner
name listed
In the 1920s this was
The Vannozzi Brothers Cafe
Owners Augustus & Angelo
Vannozzi.
