Hi Mack : It seems like most Chambersburg doctors at one time or another had their offices on Hamilton Ave. Dr. Constantino was our doctor but also was an excellent bowler. When we had the Hamilton Bowling Lanes, he played with many teams and also did a lot of open bowling, along with Dr. Borrelli, who also had an office on Hamilton Ave.

Hi Ralph:)
I remember how much of a gentleman
and nice guy Dr Giangrasso was:)
I remember Dr Crane on Broad Street
and his contraption for cleaning
out my ears:)

Just a couple doors away was Dr Chianese's office/house. Single home. Jeff Laurenti bought it. The house was "wired/piped" for gas and electric. Seems they thought electric wouldn't catch on. So just in case they would have gas lighting.

Thanks Noel for your comment: I was wondering about the whereabouts of Jeff Laurenti. I knew his father , Mario and his uncle Larry very well. I was brought up with the Laurenti's while we lived in Villa Park. They had a small store on Columbus and Roebling and Larry ended up owning a few super markets. Jeff Laurenti went on to become a big factor in the United Nations. I thought he moved out of Trenton.

My info regarding Jeff Laurenti is 25 years old. I remember Jeff living on Hamilton back in the 80's. My mother was still alive then and kept me posted. I went to school with Jeff's sister Shawn. Jr 2 and THS. Oh yeah, BTW "DON'T TEAR DOWN TRENTON HIGH!!!"
