406 was his Family House and 408 was "The Boheme Club" which
his Dad owned and ran.

UPDATE: Gino adds:
It was just a Social Club my dad ran, they played cards, had some
pinball machines, and a candy counter It Was " la Boheme" like the
opera, my dad was distant relatives to the Great Enrico Caruso,
thus he named it after his favorite opera. We lived at 406 and
there was an inside door that led to 408.
