Saint Francis Hospital, The Burg
Chambers Street and Hamilton Avenue.
A new picture of this coming down Hamilton Avenue
in Villa Park towards the Burg:)
I was born here and was looking for the plaque dedicated
to that fact but they must have been having it cleaned:)
UPDATE: Ralph Adds:
Hi Mack: I guess they were cleaning your plaque, like
you say. But they do have a plaque of my younger brother
Dr. Joseph(Chuck)Lucarella and a few other doctors who were
instrumental in St. Francis being rated highly in treating
heart conditions. I recall when he was just interning,we took
him tomato pies at all hours of the morning.
Regards, Ralph
Thank You Ralph and God Bless your brother Dr. Joseph Lucarella:)

Hi Ralph:)
God Bless your late brother Joe:)
I will add your comment to the post:)
This hospital has a place in my life, five of my children were born there, I had 3 heart attacks and 2 congestive heart attacks here. My wife Julie worked here part time for years and was in the hospital after a operation, I visited her there and had my 3rd heart attack, so we were both in there, on different floors at the same time.
