I can't decide who has better Cannolis, Barbero's Bakery or
Italian Peoples Bakery. I guess I will have to keep taste
testing them until I decide:)
A Blog about the Chambersburg area of Trenton NJ. The Burg we all loved and miss. If you were from the Burg I hope many of the pictures and lists and comments under them from good folks bring back some nice memories. Villa Park, Franklin Park, South Trenton, and nearby Hamilton also mentioned. Use the search box atop the blog to find schools, churches, streets, stores, bars etc that you remember. Over 4000 posts and 3000 pics. Enjoy:)

How about ANY cannoli. First a Rossi's burger, now this! You're killin' me! How soon do you think before the Internet goes "Link and eat?" Not soon enuff I'm afraid!
Hi Noel, LOL :))))
MACK; NOEL MENTIONS ROSSI'S. I KNEW GIL AND AL ROSSI VERY WELL. THEY WERE EXCELLANT BALL PLAYERS. THEY WERE RIGHT DOWN THE STREET FROM WETZEL FIELD ON MORRIS AVE. GIL PLAYED DURING MY TIME WHILE AL PLAYED MINOR LEAGUE BALL. THEY SURE HAD THE BEST BURGERS AROUND. I'M SURE HAVING A BALL REMENBERING.REGARDS, RALPH
Both are good, but Landolfi's had the best I think.
No doubt, hands down , Landolfi's had the best I have ever had, and I have eaten cannoli's from one end the country to the other. I would confidently say they had the best Italian pastries............ PERIOD.
I miss the burg more and more each and every day.
Remember their were two (2)Landolfi's one across the street from the Italian's People and one in the next block on butler. The one in the middle of the block moved to Myrtle Beach South Carolina.
Hey Mack, leave the gun, bring the cannoli!
