Way back in the day, my mother would let me WALK to town. After some window shopping at National Shoes, Voorhees, and the record shop on Broad St, Lanza's was usually my last stop before going home. They had a great soda fountain counter and the best milk shakes & ice cream sodas. I always made sure I had enough money left to get one or the other.
