I worked at the State Library, when they were building these (plnatarium, state library, dept of ed). We were in the bowels of the Statehouse Annex at the time, waiting for a "real" building. When they were finished, the complex was amazing, so different from the dark, leaky, smelly, rodent infested annex.
Oh...forgot the museum.
Yes, I did see the laser Pink Floyd show there! So cool!
