Emil Rogers Sr. bought this property back in the (maybe) early 60s. Earlier, he had a place down the block on the other side of J&L Caps and Hats.

Emil Jr. was a few years older than me. I recall his leaving Harrison School and moving on to Jr. 4. He may have been a '60 graduate of THS, though not sure.

The wall seen at the left in this picture was once Rosetti's Tomato Pies. He build this place in what was his back yard back in the 50s or early 60s. Mr. Rosetti moved out to Pennington Circle, where I last had tomato pie from him in the early '70s.

SEJr.,

This street is from Beatty facing South Clinton. At you back would be the old Paramount Bakery on Genessee and Beatty.
