my GOD, Priors donuts.. used to walk over there on saturdays and get a dozen of the twists with the granulated sugar.. and eat half before I got home... nothing could beat hot donuts..
On the way home from Junior 4, we used to pick really stale donuts from bins outide (aka 55 gallon trash cans).
We were kids. And growing. Know what I mean? It was strictly like peaches or apples on somebody else's tree. ;-)
Prior's, the wall of donuts! I'm sure that at some time in her career, Elizabeth Taylor, perhaps on the set of Cleopatra, had her donuts helicoptered and jetted to her set from Prior's.
Sometimes it takes years for the effects to take place, just look at her now. God, just look at ME now!
