on Channel 11? We used to have a double Christmas
first what Santa gave us then we would go to my
Grandmas house on Barnt Avenue and get more
stuff:) Grandma & Aunt Joyce !!:)
Mothers Fathers Sons Daughters Grandfathers Grandmothers
Cousins Nieces Nephews Uncles Aunts all over the
place:) Folks on the phone to loved ones out of town..
here talk to your Aunt Patty!..
You want a soda? You want some Cookies? Here I am
collecting all the gift wrapping to throw it away.. out with
it.
Things that had an actual use such as clothes or socks
were frowned upon by us kids..
I can see my Ma in a low voice now "Tell Grandma
Thanks for the socks". Out would come my voice
with limited enthusiasim "Thank You Grandma".
What fun it all was...
