HOW ELSE CAN YOU SPEND A MORE PLEASANT EVENIMG THAN GOING THERE AND LATER WALKING OVER TO WETZEL FIELD TO WATCH BUCKY WALTERS, HANK LUZANSKY, THE MICHARSKI BROTHERS AND ALL THE BEST PLAYERS FROM CHAMBERSBURG, SOUTH TRENTON AND THE TOWNSHIPS PLAY. Mack: Ralph is right great bar for shots and beer, my old neighbor and I went there one Saturday night early after working on his boiler, lucky we only had to cross Chambers St.and walk down Morris 2 blocks.
In the late 70's we would get quarts of beer on tap for $1 and go drink them @ Wetzel Field...I was 14-15 yrs old and no one ever asked for ID....those were the days....Thanx again for the blog Mack!
