Clinton Avenue Railroad Bridge (Under Repair) 1982, East Trenton I remember it was under repair for like 2 years at this time , I think this was the conversion from wood planks to macadam road..delay was red tape..funding allocated in different fiscal years or some other wacky reason ...but it got done eventually:)
