Must have cologne back in the sixties after Canoe and before Patchouli in the seventies. Just smelling it takes you back!! Thanks for the flashback!
Noel, could you tell the difference between Jade East and Canoe?
A guy just HAD to be wearing the stuff on the Boardwalk at Ocean City or Seaside at night.
And don't forget Eau Sauvage, Rive Gaucvhe or the classic "4711".
Canoe was good I still have a little left of a oil called Havana Weed, it came in a wood crate about the size of a woman's eyeliner with a roller ball and all you did was rub it on your wrist or back of the neck lasted until morning. Never to be found again. For me now it's Aqua Velva.

Wow, Jade East! I forgot about that. I didn't like Jade East that much. It smelled watery. Didn't last long. Same with English Leather. Tho it was stronger. Canoe was alittle too sweet. That's why Aqua de Sleva was so much better. a "fresca scent..." Oh and don't forget Hai Karate...
