I have no idea why they changed the name on the sign, but it is and always will be Tomato Pie.

I read in an article about Papa's awhile back and it stated the only reason for the change from Tomato Pie to Piza was the cost of the letters in the Neon Sign. Fact or Friction you decide.

tomato pies should ALWAYS be burnt(black edges)and have a blistered crust...that is when it has the best taste!!!
