A Post from Sax

A POST FROM SAX
Been looking through some of the pics I have and so far I have these two of the store front (see 19 on the door-can’t see the 5)…I was around 2 or 3 when they were taken…the guys where the regulars that “hung out” at the store. My mom told me I was always with them…a couple had just returned from WW2 so this must be 1945-46. I wish she was alive to tell me their names again…all I remember is Johnny holding me. I’ll look for more. I also have a couple of pics of my Harrison School 6th grade class that I’ll scan. Do what you think with them……….sax

Thank You Sax:)
Note to folks: This store is 519 Beatty Street.

None of us were financially rich in those days, but we were all very rich with spirit.

Great images!
