Mack...I remember Koschak's being in the middle of the block, between Chestnut and Beatty on the Broad Theater side, not on a corner.
There are actually 2 981 S Broad
Sts. One is 981.5 S Broad.
I have changed the picture to the other one. I hope that is correct. If not I will just note this as a building on broad street without
adding a history. Thanks Barb:)
Mack is correct on this one...back when, it was the funeral home..they did move across the street, don't remember when. I knew Pat(ricia) Kurtz, the niece who lived above the funeral home. We went to school together and dated a few times
This was Koschak's in the 50's and 60's.in 1970 the city of Trenton rented fist and secons flood foe the neighbor hood improvement plan, I was director of program had the front secons floor as my office, we later moved to the old second pricent building.
