I do recall ice trucks coming to this place. We used to "borrow" some of the crushed ice, just 'cause it was hot, and we were from the city. There was a liquor store around the corner.
The building had neon lights in just about every groud floor window.
I remember a big "7" window display for Seagrams 7.
