Zips Steakhouse, Chambers Street, The Burg Once upon a time the right side of this building was Zips Steakhouse. They made burgers on a grill and used rolls from Barbero's Bakery. They sponsored local baseball teams. They had a jukebox. They are one of the places I miss the most. The other side of this building was Cumberland Farms store. We would often go there after attending 6 PM Sunday mass over at Immaculate Conception Church:)
