Dinger Brothers Iron Works Fire
This was on Liberty Street and on my block. The fire was
July 11 1977. I was down at the riverfront and saw the
big smoke clouds and as I was walking home I began to
think "ut-oh, thats my block". They rebuilt this place
after getting the neighborhood to sign a petition
saying the people were ok with this business being
there :)

I remember that fire, bottles of compressed gas were exploding inside the building! I was a member at 11th Zone!!
