Back in the 60's and 70's the Delaware Valley Sports Car Club met at the Marroe so I had many a fine evening there. Dave Trout of Palmer-Trout that you often mention was a member. Later at the Japan Karate Association we were next to "The Buff" so I hoisted many a cold one there too. I think it's now a consignment shop.

HI MAC...HAVING BEEN BORN ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE HUDSON BEER GARDEN, I GOT TO KNOW THE CHIACCHIO FAMILY VERY WELL. THEIR WHOLE FAMILY CONTRIBUTED IN MAKING ALL THOSE RESTAURANTS A GREAT SUCCESS. GOD BLESS THE OLD BURG. REGARDS.

Hi Skip & Ralph::)

Yes The old Urken & Kohn became Palmer Trout Office Supplies in my Burg era...a cool looking building.

The Hudson was such a part of the old neighborhood that no owners of that place ever did the kind of business the Chiacchios did after they left.
