HI MAC....WE LIVED AT NARDI'S APT BULDING NEXT TO STORE IN 1940 SHORTLY AFTER WE WERE MARRIED, I WAS WORKING NIGHTS AT THE POST OFFICE AND COULD'NT SLEEP WELL DURING THE DAY CAUSE THE KIDS NOISE FROM THE PLAYGROUND. WE PAID $18 A MONTH RENT AND FOOD ALSO WAS VERY CHEAP AT THE STORE. EVERYTHING SEEMED TO BE MUCH BETTER IN THOSE DAYS. BEST REGARDS.
