Orsi's Restaurant, Hamilton Avenue & Liberty Street 1961,
Hamilton. I remember their sign going past this place
when I was very young. I do not remember ever eating
there. But this place may be familiar to many Burg
area folks of that era:)
A Blog about the Chambersburg area of Trenton NJ. The Burg we all loved and miss. If you were from the Burg I hope many of the pictures and lists and comments under them from good folks bring back some nice memories. Villa Park, Franklin Park, South Trenton, and nearby Hamilton also mentioned. Use the search box atop the blog to find schools, churches, streets, stores, bars etc that you remember. Over 4000 posts and 3000 pics. Enjoy:)

HI MAC....WE ATE THERE OFTEN WHEN IT WAS OWNED BY A PREVIOUS OWNER AND THE FOOD AND SERVICE WERE OUTSTANDING.
This was my father's favorite place. It must have been around for a very long time. He took me there once, but I have no memories of it beyond having gone.
Hi Ralph & Jeff:)
Glad you remembered it :)
Gene Orsi made a great pie. Just ask Joe Z, I know great pies.
During dinner tonight I received a call from my brother Gene to check out a blog called Mackstruckofwisdom. Our whole family looked on with eyes wide as we read about my fathers restaurant. My husband Larry and my brother Gene worked countless hours there cooking and waiting on so many very special customers. Good Memories always live on. Love Diana and family
