HI MAC...I GOT TO KNOW THE CHIACCHIOS WELL AS I WAS BORN IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD AND LATER ON DELIVERED MAIL IN THE BURG ON OCCASSIONS. SHE AND HER DAUGHTER HANDLED THE KITCHEN WELL AND THE BOYS DID THE REST. THE HUDSON BEER GARDEN WILL ALWAYS BE REMEMBERED BY THE OLD TIMERS. BEST REGARDS.

I heard a fun story about Rose in the kitchen..she would add more salt to the food because then "people drink more" . God Bless The Ole Burg:)

THAT'S PROBABLY TRUE MAC...THE THING THAT FACINATED ME WAS THE WAY GAEDANO WENT THROUGH THE DOLLAR BILLS TO SEE HOW MUCH THEY WERE. HIS EYES WERE BAD BUT IT DID'NT STOP HIM FROM DOING A GOOD JOB. GOD BLESS THE WHOLE GANG.
