HI MAC....I'M VERY SURPRISED TO KNOW THAT VILLA VICTORIA IS STILL IN EXISTANCE. I KNEW MANY GIRLS FROM CHAMBERSBURG WHO ATTENDED AND MADE THEIR WAY INTO VERY IMPORTANT POSITIONS THROUGHOUT THE AREA. BEST REGARDS.

Hi Ralph:)
Villa Victoria, Saint Anthonys/McCorristin and Notre Dame in Lawrence survive but I think the cost to parents is now much higher even considering inflation due to the fact that they must have to hire many more teachers instead of using nuns. But Wow were the Catholic schools of our days both yours and mine part of life in the old Burg:)

Hey Mac, My oldest son attended there when it was co-ed up to 7th grade only. This was 1975-1982.I beliieve they were co-ed at an earlier time briefly also. My son hated being taught by nuns (chuckle) and couldn't wait to enroll at the Peddie School for 8th grade. Anywho, didn't know if you were aware they were co-ed at different times.
