Hi Mac....That article in 1995 includes two people who I
knew very well and were deserving of the honors. Al
Nicolai played on the very first Schroths baseball team
in 1931. I beleive. I played on the 1936 team and by then
the Schroths were known throughout the American Legion area.
He devoted much time to the Chambersburg Little League as
did Anthony(Tony) Frascella. I got to visit with Tony very
often after we moved from the Burg. I spent time with him
at the Columbus Park Field and saw the many chores he
performed in carrying out his duties as President of the
League. So I would like to add to the honors that they
