Junior Four Main Entrance

Junior Four Main Entrance
The main entrance which I used very few times in my years
at the school. I always came in through the doors closest
to Dayton Street and Grand Street..ie the doors closest to
the Burg.

IT WAS A VERY LONG WALK TO JUNIOR 4 FOR ALL OF US IN VILLA PARFK. WE WERE PRETTY TIRED BEFORE WE EVEN STARTED THE SCHOOL DAY. THAT WAS THE MAJOR EXCUSE FOR THE POOR GRADES THAT SOME OF US GOT. IT WAS MUCH BETTER AFTER THEY BUILT JUNIOR 2 DURING THE 30'S. MY FATHER WORKED FOR A FOOD ORDER ON THAT BUILDING AND IT HELPED A LOT DURING THE GREAT DEPRESSION. MY BROTHER CHUCK WAS ONE WHO BENEFITED THERE WITH SPORTS AND MANY OTHER ACTIVITIES THAT HE CONTINUED AT TRENTON HIGH IN THE 1940'S. BEST REGARDS.
