WILLIE LANDOLFI WAS ONE OF THE WONDERFUL FOLKS AT VILLAGE II ON LALOR STREET THAT I VISIT EACH SUNDAY MORNIMG AS I BRING THE HOLY EUCHARIST (COMMUNION) TO THOSE WHO CAN'T GET TO A BRICK AND MORTAR CHURCH. WILLIE WAS ALWAYS READY WITH THAT WILLING SMILE AND PERSONALITY. WE ALL MISS HIM.

Hey Mack, I had to pass Willie's twice a day when attending Washington School. He did seem to have everything in such a small store and the most welcoming smile which made kids want to stop in. Nice pic!

While I was not familiar with Willie many friends were..a recurring theme of this blog is how many nice folks owned businesses and are fondly remembered. And they all deserve it:)
