Anderson Street near the Casino, The Burg.
Right off Hamilton Avenue.
You can see the lot across the street that used to
be a Theatre. Many fellow Trenton High students from
the Burg passed by here to and from school back in
the day:)

Thanks Mack, this is one view I'll never forget.
Walked past as a TCHS student and parked in front
of the casino more times than I can remember when
I worked there for my family. I do remember going
to the Park Theater once with my grandmother. She
was given a red or pink cup, depression glass I
believe it was called at the time, and when you
entered it was past the movie screen because of
the odd shape of that building. Wow, great pic.

HI MAC....IT SEEMS STRANGE TO SEE THIS NEIGHBORHOOD WITHOUT THE PARK THEATRE AND HAMILTON SCHOOL IN THE PHOTO. IT WAS MY AREA FOR SIX YEARS WHILE I WAS GOING TO HAMILTON SCHOOL AND OF COURSE THE CASINO RESTAURANT WAS ALSO A BIG ATTRACTION. THIS WAS IN THE 1920'S AND WILL ALWAYS BE REMEMBERED. BEST REGARDS.
Hi Ralph:)
The Park Theatre building survived until the 1990s before they finally tore it down as I recall.
All those 3 story rows on Anderson are still there as is the Firehouse across Hamilton Avenue so while much has changed much remains the same:)
